This is a geniuine Shimano item.  It's a V Brake noodle (Inner guide tube also known as a noodle).  Angle is 135 degree.
This is perhaps the most common piece that breaks in the V brake system just from normal wear & tear.  The end often time breaks and/or the inner teflon coating often wears out just from friction, so this is a replacement for your wear item.  
A fresh noodle gives you a more responsive friction-free breaking.  It is often times overlooked.
