OEM Hayes I.S. Rear 6" Disc Brake Adapter

This is the Hayes International Standard Rear Brake Adapter Kit for 6"/160mm Disc Brake Rotors.  Item is new OEM, the adaptor number is 74-26D (this number is sometimes used to determine which adapter is needed.), and comes in kit # 98-15073. We've been able to use this adapter for Avid and Shimano 6" Disc Brakes as well. This adapter is the standard size for most frames dating back to about 3-5 years.  74mm caliper bolt spacing, and 51mm IS mount tab.
